Despite all of the deaths in the building, Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short have decided to prolong their stay in the Arconia.
The trio stayed in touch after season one of the successful show Only Murders In The Building, and fans are overjoyed to see them reunite for a second season.

When will Only Murders In The Building Season 2 be released?
Only Murders in the Building season 2 will premiere on Disney Plus in the United Kingdom on June 28.

What is the plot?
According to the series’ synopsis, they must investigate yet another murder: ‘Following the shocking death of Arconia Board President Bunny Folger, Charles, Oliver & Mabel race to unmask her killer.’
But, owing to the trailer, we now know that our favorite three isn’t just investigating murders: they’ve been falsely accused of one as well.
The trio, who has been publicly accused of Bunny’s murder, are now the focus of a competing podcast, and must cope with many New York neighbors who all believe they were involved in the killing.
Who is on the cast list?
Of course, Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short will reprise their roles as Mabel, Charles, and Oliver.
It was stated in December of last year that Cara Delevingne will be joining the series as new character Alice, who will supposedly play Mabel’s love interest. Alice is a ‘an art-gallery owner of her own generation who puts Mabel in touch with a side of herself she’s been somewhat neglecting since the show began.’
Amy Schumer will also appear in the series as a new Arconia resident.
How many episodes does the season have?
After the first two episodes are released on Tuesday, June 28, a new episode will be released weekly.

What is the recommended age?
Only Murders in the Building is available to view on Disney Plus via Star, a banner reserved for the streaming service’s more mature content, so that’s your first clue that this isn’t a standard Disney production.
Although there is no official BBFC rating for the show, the service’s internal guidelines have labeled it as 12+ (intended for people aged 12 and up).
Is a trailer available?
In the series’ teaser trailer, Mabel, Charles, and Oliver are caught up in a media frenzy after being framed for murder at the Arconia. They then embarks on a mission to find the true killer, and it turns out that the Arconia has more mysteries than we anticipated.
The new teaser trailer also gives us our first look at new cast member Amy Schumer in character, as well as a glimpse of Cara Delevingne in the series – the actress will apparently play Selena’s character Mabel’s love interest.
