Whitney Johns, an OnlyFans star and fitness instructor, made her boxing weigh-in debut at the Kingpyn influencer tournament’s quarter-finals event held at Wembley Arena on April 22.
Although she has never fought before, she has trained in the sport previously and is in stunning shape, having been crowned Physique of the Year by Fitness Gurls magazine in 2022.
Johns wore a skimpy stars and stripes bikini in honour of her native USA and a white and gold robe featuring the OnlyFans logo. Her opponent, 6ar6ie6, was a “six-foot goth girl” from Australia. After posing for the cameras, Johns vowed to “knock the demons out of you girl.”
In this event, eight women face each other in a knockout format, with a male edition as well. A draw was held to determine who would be facing whom, with Ebanie Bridges, who follows Johns on Instagram and also works as a presenter for Kingpyn, being among the hosts.
The tournament is usually known for Bridges stealing the show at a weigh-in, but this time, it was Johns who did so by taking inspiration from the Blonde Bomber for her weigh-in outfit.
Johns, standing 5’9″ tall, faces a three-inch height difference to her opponent, who is also stepping into the ring for the first time. Nonetheless, Johns is not fazed and actually prefers a taller fighter. She believes that she and 6ar6ie6 are a good match-up for each other.
It is interesting to see how social media influencers have entered the world of sports tournaments. While Johns may not have any professional experience in boxing, her physical fitness and training in the sport may give her an edge in the ring. It remains to be seen who will emerge victorious in this quarter-finals match.
