According to cops, a pervert groped a 14-year-old girl on a Bronx street after promising her a mobile phone.
The adolescent was wandering at the area of Walton Avenue and East 167 Street in Concourse about 7:15 p.m. Authorities claimed the harasser approached her on Monday and asked if she needed a phone.
When the girl rejected, he allegedly grabbed her breasts and buttocks before escaping on foot, according to investigators.
According to investigators, the victim declined medical assistance.
The NYPD’s Special Victims Squad is looking into it.
Surveillance video showed the suspect standing outside a local business.
He has a medium frame, a medium complexion, brown eyes, and facial hair, according to police.
He was wearing a bright yellow hooded sweatshirt, a black hooded sweatshirt, a blue surgical mask, a dark-colored hoodie, blue jeans, a black and orange backpack, and grey Nike sneakers when he was last seen.
