After reacting to a brawl at the high school on Friday, where ‘potential popping noises’ had been reported nearby, Phoenix Police placed Central High School, the Xavier and Brophy prep schools, and the neighboring Coding Academy under lockdown.

In order to protect children, parents were advised to avoid the area, which is temporarily closed off while police investigate the event.
