On Tuesday, the Kenya Prisons Service began a nationwide recruiting drive at several locations across the country.
Those interested in joining the organization must be Kenyan residents with a valid ID card and no criminal background, according to the organization.
They also need to have a Kenya Certficate of Secondary Education (KCSE) minimum grade of D+ and above or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution and be between the ages of 18 and 28 years for secondary school leavers.
