In the early hours of Saturday morning, a man was stabbed during a robbery downtown.
A 911 caller reported at 12:13 a.m. that a man had been stabbed close to 3rd Avenue and University Street. The arriving cops started administering first aid to the man, who had many stab wounds and lacerations. The 30-year-old victim was treated by Seattle Fire Department personnel and ultimately transported to Harborview Medical Center.
After interviewing witnesses and examining evidence at the scene, authorities determined that two suspects had robbed the victim of his bag before fleeing on foot.
