According to authorities, two black adolescent females were detained and charged with hate crimes after assaulting a woman on a Queens MTA bus.
After hitting a 57-year-old woman in the head on July 9 after she claimed she was a huge supporter of former President Donald Trump, the anonymous suspects, aged 15 and 16, were taken into custody on Tuesday morning. Although a third person was engaged in the event, it is unknown if any other arrests will be made shortly.
Earlier this month, at approximately 7 o’clock in the evening, the three teens approached the female passenger and smacked her on the head while yelling “anti-white comments” in Woodhaven, a neighborhood in the borough of Queens, New York City.
