President Buhari Seeks Senate Approval for N16 Billion Refund to Borno State Government

President Muhammadu Buhari has submitted a request to the Nigerian Senate, seeking approval for a refund of N16 billion to the Borno State Government.

The refund will be facilitated through the issuance of promissory notes.
