Royal fans rushed to tattoo workshops after the Queen’s death

Following the Queen’s passing, royal admirers have flocked to tattoo studios to pay their respects.

According to one tattoo parlour in Windsor, the Coldstream Guards, who are well-represented in the area, have often asked them to “immortalise Her Majesty for their remembrance.”

They uploaded a picture of a tattoo on the internet, which features the Queen bowing while wearing a medal on her breast and a military uniform. With the exception of the flare of red from the feather on her cap, it exclusively uses black ink to show the late queen.

A popular choice for tribute tattoos is the Queen hand-in-hand with the endearing bear from Peru, Paddington.

Since Her Majesty’s passing, the viral Eleanor Tomlinson image has been a popular source of inspiration for tattoo artists and their customers.

As one of her cherished corgis, who seems to have mischievously gone off with some bunting, rejoins them at her side, Paddington Bear is seen clutching her hand.

A marmalade sandwich that the Queen amusingly took out of her purse for a skit with Paddington Bear during the Platinum Jubilee has also been left behind.

One customer decided to wrap his leg with a black ink drawing of the late queen when she was younger, set against a striking union jack.

With her tiara, a set of stud earrings, and a black outfit that starts just below her shoulders before fading away, she is shown.

On the side of one client’s shin, there was a tattoo that stated, “I’ve done my responsibilities Paddington, please take me to my spouse.”

The well-known red bolt that Ziggy Stardust, David Bowie’s alter persona, wore across his face, was merged into another tattoo of Her Majesty.

Additionally, Her Majesty was shown with a tattoo herself and wearing sunglasses across the upper left side of a man’s chest.
