Thursday, February 3, 2022 – Deputy President William Ruto had literally put the State House under siege.
This was revealed by Central Organization of Trade Unions Secretary-General Francis Atwoli, who noted that before parting ways with Uhuru, Ruto had planted spies everywhere including State House to monitor the president.
Speaking during an interview yesterday, Atwoli disclosed how the DP used to embarrass Uhuru whenever he had secret guests in the State House.
He noted that whenever he or even any other prominent leader would visit State House to hold important discussions which were sensitive and required privacy with the president, within minutes Ruto would arrive and scuttle such talks.
Atwoli stated that although sometimes such visits would be arranged in the utmost secrecy, Uhuru’s deputy would still get wind of such plans due to the spies he had planted and gatecrash the meeting.
It is worth noting that just soon after the Handshake, several casualties were reported, among them blogger Dennis Itumbi, who turned out to be one of Ruto’s spies planted in State House to monitor Uhuru
