During an unannounced trip to Rwanda, Prince Harry visited a memorial for the genocide and met the president. He complimented the nation for its “amazing display of solidarity and resilience.”
On Saturday, the 37-year-old Duke of Sussex visited the Kigali Massacre Memorial, a place that honors the victims of the 1994 horrific genocide.
It happens just a few weeks after his father Prince Charles and wife Camilla paid a visit to the cemetery where an estimated 250,000 victims’ bones are interred.
Omid Scobie, a friend of Meghan Markle, revealed what Harry wrote in a visiting book when he was there today.

Following his retirement from royal duties, Harry, who is now residing in his $14 million residence in California, also took a solo vacation to Mozambique’s blue Indian Ocean coast last week.
In his capacity as president of African Parks, The Duke traveled from California to welcome a delegation of US politicians, environmentalists, and benefactors for a tour of the pristine Bazaruto Archipelago, according to a statement from his spokesman.
However, it later came to light that the father of two had also been to Rwanda while in Africa.

The prince’s unexpected trip to Africa initially made headlines when he was seen last week at the opulent Vilanculos Beach Lodge, a $270 per night hotel on the outskirts of the Bazaruto Archipelago National Park, which is run by African Parks.

The biggest of the six islands in the archipelago, Bazaruto, was a favorite destination for Harry and his ex-girlfriend Chelsy. There, they took advantage of the island’s deserted white sand beaches and snorkeled in coral reefs home to a vast array of marine life.
One of the few remaining populations of dugongs, often known as sea cows, the enormous undersea grazers on the point of extinction, has been safeguarded by Bazaruto’s seclusion and protection.
