Security guard badly injured in Lanseria shooting

Friday night, January 13, emergency personnel responded to a shooting in a residential neighbourhood of Lanseria.

Emer-G-Med paramedics and Tactical EMS teams reacted to a gunshot at a residential property, where a security officer sustained serious injuries.

This occurred in the Lanseria region at approximately 22:00.

When police came, they discovered a security officer with life-threatening gunshot wounds in critical condition.

Before being placed on a medical ventilator to assist his breathing, he was stabilized utilizing advanced life support intervention.

He was then swiftly taken to a local hospital under the supervision of an Emergency Care Practitioner for additional care.
