The Sterling Bank is now accepting applications for its 2022 Grow with Sterling Scholarship from interested and qualified Nigerian secondary school graduates. Below are the prerequisites and application instructions for the Grow with Sterling program.

The “Grow with Sterling” campaign was developed by Sterling Bank to improve the lives and education of the average Nigerian youngster.
Grow with Sterling is a social impact program that, through a partnership between Sterling and Nexford University, would enable Nigerian secondary school graduates to continue their studies.
This set of Learners will be the first to be completely employed by Sterling in a “Work-Study” arrangement for the duration of their Nexford University programme.

To be eligible, you must:
Be a Nigerian living in Nigeria
Have five ‘O’ level credits, including English and Mathematics, or its equivalent
Provide a solid parental or guardian guarantor.
Not possess a Bachelor’s degree and not be enrolled in any Nigerian or international tertiary institution.
Application Procedure for Grow with Sterling Scholarship

Your application formally requests consideration for the Grow with Sterling Work-study scholarship. To apply, you must complete the application and provide the following:
An essay of 150 words answering the question, “Why should you be considered for the Grow with Sterling Scholarship? (Maximum of 150 words allowed)
Secondary school diploma (WAEC, NECO, or GCE)
Identification issued by the government or passport
Additional necessary certifications
Date limit: Unspecified.
Selection for the Sterling Scholarship Program
The team will notify you through email within seven days of submitting your scholarship application that you have been shortlisted.
The applicant screening procedure includes the following steps:
O level screening
Speedometer
Interview
You would be asked to provide a parent’s valid identification, a sponsor’s valid identification, and a guarantor’s valid identification.
The team will notify successful applicants of the scholarship decision through email within two weeks. If your scholarship application is granted, you will receive an email from the team containing a unique tuition code that will provide you with an 85% monthly tuition subsidy. Please note that this code is required to enroll in your program.
