Makhadzi has ascended to become one of South Africa’s most well-known musicians.
On February 4th, the dynamic performer released her latest single, Kulakwe, which features Master KG.
It has been performing well not only in South Africa, but also in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)!
The Ghanama hitmaker announced on Facebook that his song had reached No. 12 on the iTunes charts in the United Arab Emirates.
Soon after, the Limpopo singer talked about her R4 million property, which she apparently purchased with cash.
Lovebirds Makhadzi and Master KG teamed up on the groovy new single, titled Kulakwe.
single has been performing well on the South African YouTube charts and it also landed a spot on the UAE’s iTunes charts.
The musicians’ single is charting in the UAE next to Ariana Grande’s 34 + 35 and YG’s hip-hop banger Scared Money.
Sharing the news on Facebook, Makhadzi wrote: “Look at God, opening a new khadzinators in the United Arab Emirates.”

In August 2021, the 25-year-old Makhadzi shared that she built houses for her parents and grandmother.
In a new video shared by Fresh Trendz on YouTube, the award-winning musician boasted about her own house with a friend in the background yelling: “R4 million!”
In the video, Makhadzi can be seen taking a dip in the pool. She tells her fans that she doesn’t owe credit to any bank and hence it would be safe to say that she bought it cash.
“Yes, it’s my house,” says Makhadzi in the video.
“It’s not the rental house. My own f*cking house.”
The 25-year-old artist also shared that she rents out a flat in Sunnyside, Pretoria.

MAKHADZI TAKES BOTSWANA
Makhadzi is set to have her first-ever one-woman show in Gaborone, Botswana on Saturday 26 March. The talented musician plans to donate 10% of the profits from the show to a charity in Botswana.
The show is set to take place at the Royal Aria Stadium.
“The beginning of something big and very special,” she wrote on Instagram.
