Chris Ship, ITV’s royal editor, posted the monarch’s death certificate on Twitter after it was published by the National Records of Scotland and shared by Chris Ship. The death certificate indicates Her Majesty passed away at 15:10 p.m. BST and was signed by Princess Anne, her daughter.
