BET has announced the nominees for the BET Awards 2022, with Doja Cat leading the race with six nominations.
Doja Cat, whose true name is Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, has built a reputation for herself in the United States, and this year has been by far her most fruitful.
This year’s candidates reflect a wide range of artistic expression as well as Black achievements in music, television, film, and sports.
The Amapiano duo Major League DJz was named to the list of nominees.
This is a tremendous achievement for the twins, as they have taken a local genre to new heights. They’ve been nominated in the Best International Act category.
