What a fantastic moment!
The now-viral video catches the moment an adorable two-year-old girl stops in her tracks to listen to a subway singer perform Louis Armstrong’s “What a Wonderful World.”
Medeea Plestiu was traveling with her parents via the Westminster Underground Station tunnel in the United Kingdom when she noticed an unidentifiable busker playing electric guitar and singing Armstrong’s 1967 hit.
“She was captivated by his music and his playing style. She was hypnotized. It was a lovely moment,” 33-year-old mother Nella Lonescu of Harrow, North West London, told SWNS. “Medeea had walked in front of him and just stopped. As soon as we reached him, I began recording.”
When the “skilled” musician notices the child gazing in awe, he changes the words to “lovely girl” and smiles at the child.
An lovely viral video depicts the moment a young child was mesmerized by a metro busker’s performance.
“It appeared to be a memorable occasion for him as well. I believe that made his day. “His encounter with Medea lasted five minutes, despite the fact that other people were passing by,” the pleased mother noted. “I like that he changed the language and made it a personal experience for her. He was really gifted as well.”
Informing Nella that she is a “nice audience,” the street performer incorporates her name into the song. After the song ends, Medea loses interest and goes away without even bothering to applause or thank the good man.
Her mother begins recording while admiring the man’s performance of the Louis Armstrong classic.
