»Trans teacher with large fake breasts outrages school board, requests clothing code«
Following months of criticism over a trans teacher wearing “clownish” enormous artificial breasts, a Canadian school board has ordered a new, “professional,” clothing rule for instructors.
Fox News reported that on January 3, the Halton District School Board’s trustees overwhelmingly approved a resolution for the director of education to create a policy to guarantee “appropriate and professional standards of clothing and etiquette in the classroom.”
The policy must be developed by Curtis Ennis, the district’s director of education, by March 1.
According to Ennis, “The HDSB’s commitment to human rights remains rooted in our core values and commitment to every student and member of staff who identifies as belonging to an underserved and underrepresented group. Additionally, our approach is informed by recommendations from top employment law firms with human rights and equity advisors.
This dedication and strategy will still be used as the HDSB works to carry out this motion.
In September, images of the Oakville Trafalgar High School teacher, named as Kayla Lemieux by local media, quickly went viral and attracted attention worldwide.
The images, which were captured by pupils, show the blonde teacher instructing in the classroom while wearing tight clothes that draws attention to her enormous Z-size prosthetic breasts. She also has enormous nipples sticking out of a balloon-like false bust.
At the Oakville school, which is situated approximately 20 miles outside of Toronto, the shocking images rapidly provoked demonstrations, irate complaints, and even a few bomb threats.
The transgender teacher started identifying as a woman last year, and the school board has continued to support her.
Margo Shuttleworth, chair of the Halton District School Board, has said that the teacher teaching shop is “an extraordinarily competent instructor.”
