Bill Ackman, a billionaire, thinks he has identified the next president of the United States, and it’s neither Joe Biden nor Ron DeSantis.
The CEO of Pershing Square Capital endorsed Strive Asset Management’s founder, Vivek Ramaswamy.
The 37-year-old investor is a vocal critic of so-called “woke capitalism,” and he admitted this week that he is considering a presidential run in the 2024 race despite without prior political experience.
“I will make a bold and early decision. @VivekGRamaswamy will run and win the presidency. Ackman tweeted on Wednesday, “I believe the country is ready for his message.” Young, intelligent, and brilliant, he will attract the center to the right in order to win. He speaks difficult facts that many believe but are afraid to express.
“He is a highly intelligent and accomplished entrepreneur who is knowledgeable about business, economics, healthcare, politics, history, and geopolitics. You may not agree with all of his opinions, but you will respect his candor, intelligence, discipline, and vigor. One to watch, added Ackman.

Ramaswamy, who is married, was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Indian immigrant parents. Politico claimed this week that he graduated from Harvard and Yale law schools and has recently been courting Republican support for his presidential campaign.
Since its inception a year ago, Ramaswamy’s Strive Asset Management has challenged corporations like Apple and Disney to prioritize financial returns over politics. Also, he wrote the best-selling novel “Woke, Inc.”
Ackman published his forecast alongside a video of Ramaswamy ranting against “woke” culture during a Turning Point USA rally. Ramaswamy, a seasoned investor, has never held political office.
The Post reported last year that Ackman and Peter Thiel, a conservative tech millionaire, are among the investors supporting Ramaswamy’s company.
Ackman is unconcerned by Ramaswamy’s lack of political experience in the context of a potential challenge to the incumbent president or a more established challenger such as DeSantis.
Remember that the unlikely candidate frequently triumphs. Clinton, Obama, and Trump come to mind. Prior to the election, the majority of individuals laughed at the notion of any of the previous candidates.

Ackman said, “Remember that the unlikely candidate often wins.” Consider Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump. Prior to the election, the majority chuckled at the concept of the prior candidates.
Earlier this week, Ramaswamy told Bloomberg that he was “strongly considering” a presidential run. He has already begun meeting with prominent political people and conducting campaign speeches in Iowa and other important states.
Ramaswamy stated, “If you ask the majority of my generation what it means to be an American, you will receive a blank stare.” “I’m tasked with providing an answer to that query. We must revitalize the fundamental principles that put this nation in motion nearly 250 years ago.”
